Water-soluble cellulose ethers are the primary modifying additive for almost all types of dry mixtures. They retain significant water retention in solution. As a result, the mortar has a longer service life, up to 20-30 minutes of operation time, and maintains consistency and adhesion with an optimum water to cement ratio.
Cellulose ethers have thickening properties that prevent the precipitation of filler particles. The hydration of the cement is more adequate, including at the boundary with the substrate and at the interface with the atmosphere; during the curing process, the solution gains greater strength in both compression and bending.
