The Re-dispersible polymer powder is dried by spray drying. When mixed with water, they again form a stable dispersion with properties comparable to those of the original. The most important characteristic of re-dispersed polymer powders in water is that when the solution solidifies, they form a "rubber bridge" in the pores of the cement stone and at the boundary with the substrate. After drying, they form a film and act as a binder, i.e., they bind pigments and fillers during drying or curing, thereby increasing adhesion to organic or inorganic bases.
Re-dispersible Polymer powders are used as additives in building mixtures to improve flexibility, strength, heat and moisture resistance, and long-term effectiveness. The use of re-dispersible polymer powders significantly improves the quality of the mixture used, ensuring ease of operation and ensuring high quality construction results.
